Responsible for system infrastructure, quality assurance, and data protection, he upholds industry leadership through certifications like GIAC, where he serves on the Advisory Board. Formerly an officer in the Ministry for Home Affairs, Norbert coordinated Malta’s response to hybrid threats and directed defensive cyber operations for Critical Infrastructure. Beyond cybersecurity, his contributions to projects like Ariane 6, Lunar Gateway, and the C919 showcase his expertise at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and cybersecurity strategy.
